Whether you’re buying a kit to take home and craft yourself, or letting us do all the dirty work, there are some things you should know about wine production:

All of our kits produce approximately 23L of wine, (28-30 750 ml bottles). *except for the Cru Specialty Dessert Wines

When making the wine in store, you, (the customer) must be present to sprinkle the yeast into the juice to start the fermentation process as per our government regulations.

When you are purchasing a kit online with the purpose of having us do the production, you are agreeing to come into the store within 7 days of purchase to sprinkle the yeast. We cannot start the kit until you come in for this step.
